5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • The Tea Room Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If an incorrect address is provided, and the order is returned to us, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
